Start your detox journey with an infrared sauna, then relax with a full body massage with your choice of hot stones or a blend of aromatherapy oils. Rejuvenate your skin with a dry brush exfoliation and then enjoy a rich, chocolatey body masque and all-over mud massage, followed by an invigorating shower. Your skin will feel revitalised and refreshed! Then unwind as well as detox in a mineral foot spa with a blend of essential oils… and emerge a new you!
*Please note the infrared sauna is optional if you cannot tolerate heat (maybe swapped out for a longer foot spa).
