YOUR APPOINTMENT & ARRIVAL TIME
We recommend that you book your treatments well in advance as appointments fill up quickly, particularly Saturdays. To ensure the best possible service, we suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete a client form and get settled. Late arrival may mean that your treatment time may be cut short and full payment required.
If you have a booking elsewhere following your treatment, such as lunch/dinner or a tour booking, please allow ample time afterwards in the event we run overtime. Please indicate ahead of time if you have somewhere to be, so we may accommodate you as best we can.
TREATMENTS
Our treatments are subject to price adjustments. Please refer to our website for up-to-date pricing, (do not refer to brochures or other resources, these prices will not be upheld).
The timing of our treatments and packages are approximate and the order of services specified may change at the therapist’s discretion. Should you wish to change the order of treatments, we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your requests, however this may not be possible due to availability of resources within the spa.
WHAT TO BRING
Everything is provided for you however if you are having a spa or sauna with someone else, then you may bring your own swimwear if you prefer.
We provide disposable underwear, gowns, wraps, slippers and towels.
SPA ATMOSPHERE
We endeavour to make our environment as relaxing as possible, so we request that you reduce the use of mobile phones, and avoid being under the influence of non-prescription drugs or drink excessively before your appointment.
PREGNANCY
Please let us know if you, or one of your group is pregnant when making your appointment. We suggest waiting till after your first trimester to have a pregnancy massage (we have other options available for you during this time however). Unfortunately spa and sauna use is contraindicated in pregnancy but we have other tailored pregnancy packages that don’t include these treatments which will be more suitable.
CARER & DISABILITY POLICY
If you require a carer, it is their responsibility to assist you with your requirements at all times whilst at our facility. We are not equipped to cater for certain degrees of impairment and mobility issues, so please notify us ahead of time if you anticipate you may require assistance with any aspect of our facility activities. Activities may include, (but not limited to), getting on and off the treatment table, turning over whilst on the treatment table from prone to supine position or vice versa, getting in and out of the whirlpool bath (please note, the shower is also located within the whirlpool bath). Please also be aware, the approximate maximum working weight of our treatment tables is 140kg.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made via credit card, EFT or cash.
A deposit is required at the time of your booking and will be redeemable upon payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Deposits and Gift Certificates will be voided if less than 24 hours notice is given.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please choose carefully as there are no refunds on vouchers, prepaid treatments or deposits.
Skincare purchased that is unsuitable for your skin maybe be exchanged for a product of similar value. Products that are delivered defective or broken maybe exchanged or refunded.
No refunds will be issued after the first 15 minutes of service. You will be unable to request a refund after this treatment length of time under any circumstances (refund amount at the management discretion, however deposits and gift vouchers cannot be refunded in this instance).
You may request a change of therapist during service (at management discretion).
GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Vouchers are valid strictly within the time frame indicated on the voucher, and expired vouchers are not redeemable.
- Voucher will be voided without 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation and must be brought to appointment or cannot be redeemed.
- Gift voucher details must be provided at time of booking in order to hold the appointment.
- It is advisable you redeem your voucher as soon as practicable to avoid disappointment.
- Misplaced vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, product or additional vouchers.
- Vouchers may not be split, are valid for one use only.
- There are no refunds on vouchers so please choose carefully.
- Vouchers are not valid Sundays or Public Holidays.
- If you hold a voucher for a specific treatment, the corresponding dollar value at the time of purchase, will remain the same over time. As such, you may be required to pay the difference when redeeming the voucher if that specific treatment price has changed.
PRIVACY POLICY
Hahndorf Creek Day Spa complies with the National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act 1988 and as such will ensure personal information remains confidential.
